Invoices show the customer amount, currency, dates, and payment status for VPSForever services. Customer billing is presented in USD. Review an invoice before payment and contact support if an amount or service relationship looks incorrect.

A cancellation request changes the VPSForever service lifecycle according to the applicable billing policy. It does not automatically mean that a supplier resource is terminated immediately. Review the Refund and Cancellation policy and use Support when you need a confirmed cancellation date.
