Active services are available for use. Provisioning means setup is still in progress. Needs attention means an operation requires review. Suspended and past services have limited or no operational access; check the service page and contact support if the state is unexpected.

Open Services from the account navigation to see active, attention-needed, and past services. Select a service to review its plan, billing information, activity, and any controls available for its current state.

Your service page shows the next renewal when one is scheduled. Customer billing is shown in USD and follows the billing state displayed in your account. Contact support before the renewal date if something looks incorrect.
